We operate out of Office No. 10 in the Vastushree building, which is part of S. No. 587 in Gultekadi. It’s a decent spot for VIJAYA INTERIO LLP to be based. Most of our days involve looking at floor plans or talking to people about what they want to do with their rooms. We’ve been in this office for a while now. It’s not a huge space, but it fits our team and all the material samples we end up collecting. You’ll find a lot of catalogs and wood swatches scattered on the tables. Sometimes the phone rings more than we’d like, but that’s just how business is. We handle the local work around Pune and sometimes further out if the project is interesting. We aren't much for big meetings or long presentations. Usually, we just sit down with a pencil and some paper and start sketching things out. It feels more real that way. The Gultekadi area is familiar to us, and we know where to get the best supplies nearby. Our team is small, just a few people who know their way around a construction site. We don't have a big marketing budget or a social media manager. We just do the work, send the invoices, and move on to the next thing. It’s a straightforward way to run things, and it seems to work for the people who hire us. We’re just here doing our job every day.
