Vijay Raj Painters

You can find us at Riddhi Enclave, which is over on Sunpharma Road in Viman Nagar. We’re in unit A12. It’s more of a base for us than a shop because we’re usually out at someone’s house or an office building doing the actual work. Vijay Raj Painters started out with just me and a couple of ladders I borrowed. Now I have a small crew of guys who’ve been with me for years. We keep our brushes, paint cans, and drop cloths at the enclave. It’s always a bit of a mess with splashes of different colors on the floor and empty tins everywhere. We do all kinds of painting, from just a single room to whole apartment blocks. Viman Nagar has a lot of new buildings, so we’re kept pretty busy most months. We don't have a salesperson or a front desk. If you call, you’ll probably talk to me while I’m on a ladder somewhere. I usually go out to see the job myself before giving a price. We try to be careful with people's furniture, but painting is a messy job no matter how careful you are. We show up early in the morning and work until it gets too dark to see the edges properly. It’s hard work on the back and shoulders, especially the ceilings, but it’s good to see a place look clean when we’re finally finished. We just do honest work and hope people tell their friends about us.
