So, we are based out of Chinchwad, specifically in the Gayatri Society. It’s a quiet enough area compared to the main roads, which is nice when you’re trying to focus on contracts and property details. Vijay Deokar Real Estate has been operating from here for a while now, and most of the neighbors know who we are. The office is basically just a room filled with files, a few chairs, and a desk that’s always covered in notes. We don't have any fancy decorations or a big lobby. People just walk in from the society or from nearby when they need help finding a flat or selling one they have. Sometimes we spend the whole afternoon just driving around Chinchwad to show different places to families. It’s a lot of back and forth, and the traffic can be a real headache sometimes. We just try to keep things straightforward with everyone who comes through the door. There’s no big sales pitch here, just a conversation about what’s available and what the prices are looking like lately. We see all kinds of people, from young couples to older folks looking to downsize. It feels good to be part of the community here in Gayatri Society. We aren't a big chain, just a local setup trying to do right by the people who live around us. If the door is open, someone is usually inside to help out or answer the phone.
