Vighnaharta Properties

Vighnaharta Properties is based out of Shop No A-41 in the Durvankur building. We are located right in Durvankur Viman Nagar, which is a place we’ve come to know very well over the many years we have been here. The shop is small and easy to manage, which is just the way we like it for our daily routine. We focus on properties around this side of town, mostly. Viman Nagar is always changing, so there’s always something new to keep track of or a new building going up. We spend our mornings checking on things and our afternoons meeting with folks who are looking for a place or trying to sell one. We aren't big on those polished sales pitches you hear from the big firms in the city. We’d rather just give you the facts and let you decide for yourself. The Durvankur building is a familiar spot for most locals around here. We’ve got a couple of chairs for visitors and a desk that’s usually buried under maps, notes, and old files. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know exactly where everything is. We like being part of the community here in Viman Nagar. It’s nice to walk down the street and recognize people's faces. We just take each day as it comes and try to be as helpful as we can with the property questions that come our way. It’s just us doing our thing here at Vighnaharta Properties.
