Our office is located at Plot No 37/B on Kotker Lane. It is right off Bhau Patil Road, near the Bopodi area. To get here, you usually have to navigate past Dr Ambedkar Chowk and look for the turn toward Nani Chhipwad. It is a bit of a specific path, but once you find Kotker Lane, we are right there. The office is a simple building where we keep all our property files and maps of the local plots. Bopodi and Aundh Road are always busy, so being slightly off the main road in this lane gives us a bit of peace to talk to people. We have been working in real estate around here for a long time. We know the corners and the owners in this neighborhood. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of local knowledge. Sometimes we spend the whole day out on the field looking at sites, so the office stays empty for a few hours. We don't use big words or try to act like a huge corporation. We just know which land is where and who is looking to move. It is a straightforward way of doing business. If you walk down from the chowk, you’ll see our small sign. It’s a modest setup, but it works for us and the people who come to see us.
