It's a residential building, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office. We like it that way. Most of the people who come to see us are from the neighborhood. Bhawani Peth is a busy area, but our little flat stays relatively quiet. We handle real estate stuff, mostly local. We aren't a giant chain with offices everywhere. It’s just us here.
