Our place is out in Shendre, which is in the Satara district. It is a bit of a drive from the main city, but we like it out here. Vcb Electronics Pvt Ltd has its main setup right here near the post office. It is a quiet area for the most part, which is good for focusing on the work we have to do. We do not have a lot of neighbors, just some open fields and a few other houses down the road. The building is just a simple concrete structure we put up a few years ago. Inside, it is mostly just workbenches and shelves full of various components. We spend a lot of time just putting things together and testing them to make sure they work. Sometimes the rain gets really heavy during the monsoon, and we have to check the roof to make sure it is not leaking near the equipment. It is a small team of us. Most of the guys live nearby and walk or ride their bikes to work every day. We do not really do much in the way of advertising. Most of our work comes from long-time customers who already know where to find us. We are not looking to become some huge company with hundreds of employees. We just want to do our work and go home to our families at the end of the day. (246 words)
