Vay Creations (Opc) Private Limited

Our place is called Kaustubh Bunglow, located at Pl-7 S.No-24 A-B in Patwardhan Baug. We are up on the first floor in the Erandwana area of Pune. Working out of a bungalow is a lot different than being in a regular office building. It has more of a personal, local feel to it. Vay Creations is an one person company on paper, but there are a few of us here helping out. We do creative work, so the atmosphere is usually pretty relaxed. We don't have uniforms or strict clock-in times. As long as the projects get done, we’re happy. The neighborhood is quiet and green, which is a nice change from the city center. Sometimes the neighbor’s dog barks during our calls, but we just laugh it off. The office has big windows that let in a lot of light, which is great during the winter. We have a small table for meetings where we usually end up eating snacks instead. We don't have a big mission statement or any of that corporate stuff. We just like making things and helping our clients out with their ideas. It’s a simple setup, and we prefer it that way. No big overheads, just a group of people in a bungalow trying to be creative every day. It’s not perfect, but it works for us and we enjoy the space we have built.
