Vastushree Estate Agency is situated at S No 21-A-1, in the Narayan Sankul on Sinhgad Road. If you know Sinhgad Road, you know it's always packed with vehicles and people, so there's a lot of life right outside our door. The office is located in the Sankul, which has a mix of different local businesses. Inside, we have some desks, chairs for visitors, and plenty of files related to various properties and plots we handle. It’s not a high-end real estate office with glass walls; it’s more of a neighborhood spot where we keep things practical. We spend a lot of our time looking at maps or talking to people who come in to ask about houses and land. The phone rings pretty often, and there’s usually someone dropping by to ask about a listing they saw. It can get a bit dusty with the windows open because of all the traffic on the road, but we’re used to it by now. We have a small area where we keep some water and tea for whenever someone visits. Most of the day is just spent coordinating between people and making sure the paperwork is moving along as it should. It’s a lot of legwork, really, often going out to see sites and then coming back here to update our records. It’s just a simple, hardworking estate agency trying to keep up with the busy property market around Sinhgad Road.
