Varroc Engineering Pvt Ltd is over on the second floor of Uday Apartment. We are situated in Raj Nagar, which is in the Chhoani area of Nagpur. It’s a decent climb up the stairs to get to us since we are on the 2nd floor. Nagpur-13 is a busy pincode. Being in an apartment building makes it feel a bit more like a home than a big glass office. You can hear the sounds of the street from up here. Raj Nagar has its own rhythm. We have got the usual office stuff piled on the desks. Sometimes the fans are working overtime when the Nagpur heat kicks in. It is a practical space for what we need to do. There are other businesses and families in the building too. We share the space and keep to ourselves mostly. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and some trees lining the road. It is not a very big office but we make it work. Most of us know the tea stalls nearby pretty well. It is just a regular day-to-day operation here at Varroc Engineering Pvt Ltd. We do not have any big corporate lobbies or anything like that. Just some rooms on the second floor where we get through our tasks. It has been our base for some time now and it feels familiar. We usually leave around six when the sun starts going down over Chhoani.
