Vandana Telang Rehabitation Center & Physiotherapy Clinic

Our clinic is located in the Chandrika Park Apartments, right on Lane Number 8 in Dahanukar Colony, Kothrud. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the address, but once you’re here, it’s a quiet enough spot. We focus on rehabilitation and physiotherapy. It’s basically a place for people to come when they need to get their strength back or fix a physical problem that’s been bothering them. We aren't a big commercial center with neon signs. It’s more of a local setup inside the apartment complex. People from Kothrud find us easily enough because the colony is well-known. Inside, we have our equipment laid out for the exercises. It’s a lot of repetitive work, helping people move their limbs or work through stiffness. We see a lot of regular faces because rehab takes time, so you end up getting to know people pretty well. It’s not a fast-paced environment; it takes patience to see results. The room is usually filled with the sound of someone doing their stretches or us giving directions on how to hold a pose. We don't use any fancy marketing talk here. We just show you what to do and hope it helps you get back to your normal life. It’s a very hands-on, day-to-day kind of business. We’re just part of the local fabric in Dahanukar Colony now.
