Action Physiotherapy Clinic

Action Physiotherapy Clinic is tucked away in the Anupam Complex, specifically at A05. We are in the Kothrud area, and if you are looking for us, we are right near the Kokan Hotel, which most people around here know. Kothrud is a busy part of the city, but our clinic inside the complex stays relatively quiet. We have a simple setup with our mats, some pulleys, and the treatment benches. It is the kind of place where you come in, do your work, and hopefully feel a bit better when you leave. We do not have a big fancy reception area or anyone in a suit greeting you at the door. It is just us in our work clothes ready to help with whatever muscle or joint is acting up. A lot of our patients are regulars from the neighborhood who walk over for their sessions. We talk about the local news or the weather while we work through the stretches. It makes the time go by faster for everyone. We have been in this spot for a while now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the complex. It is a practical business, and we do not try to make it more than what it is. We just focus on the movements and the exercises that help people move without so much pain. It is steady, honest work that we enjoy doing.
