Akshat Physiotherapy Clinic

You can find us at Walhekar Heights on Manaji Nagar Road in Narhe Gaon. It is a growing area with a lot of new buildings and people moving in. The clinic is set up to handle different kinds of physical therapy needs. We have some mats on the floor and some basic equipment like pulleys and weights for the exercises. The floor is easy to clean, which is good because people are always walking in with dusty shoes from the road. We see a lot of people with back pain or those who are recovering from some kind of injury. The room has a lot of light during the day because of the windows. Sometimes you can hear the traffic from Manaji Nagar Road, but mostly it is just the sound of people working through their exercises. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know how to handle the machines and help people move better. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. People come in, do their time on the tables or the mats, and then head back out to their day. We try to keep things on schedule so no one has to wait too long. It’s a practical space designed for movement. There are no rugs or soft chairs because we need the space for the equipment and for people to walk around without tripping. We also keep a few stools for when people need to sit down for a moment.
