Our place is located on Bund Garden Road, right in the heart of things here in Pune. If you know where the Inox cinema is, we are right next to it in the building called The Metropole. We are specifically at S2 on the second floor. Valour Infra Realtors Llp is the name we use for everything official. It’s a pretty busy area with a lot of cars and people moving around all day long. Sometimes it’s hard to find a good parking spot nearby if you arrive late in the morning. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us working on various property deals and looking at blueprints or maps of the local area. We’ve got a couple of small cabins and a main area where we keep the files. It isn’t a very big space, but it works for what we need to do. Being right on Bund Garden Road means we see a lot of the city's changes first-hand. The 411001 zip code area has changed quite a bit over the last few years.
