Valencia Corporate World Private Limited

We run Valencia Corporate World Private Limited from Flat No. 5 in the Kalpataru Society. This is located in Chandan Nagar, Pune, with the pin code 411006. It’s a residential society, so it’s a bit quieter than being right on the main road. We like it that way because it gives us some peace to focus on our work. The flat has been converted into a working space. It’s got everything we need like desks and a small area for meetings. It’s a bit strange to some people that we are in an apartment, but for a private limited company starting out, it makes a lot of sense. Chandan Nagar is a good part of Pune to be in. Everything is close by. We have a few people coming in and out during the day. It’s not a formal corporate office with uniforms or anything like that. We just wear what’s comfortable and get to work. Sometimes the neighbors come by for a chat, which is nice. We try to keep things professional but friendly. It’s just a small group of us trying to make this business grow. We don’t have fancy brochures or a big marketing team. We just do the work. The society is nice and well-kept, which makes coming to the flat every morning a bit more pleasant for the team. It is a very normal, practical way to operate.
