Kotak Mahindra Prime

For Kotak Mahindra Prime, we are located at A-3-3 in the Gururaj Cooperative Housing Society. It’s right on the Pune-Satara Road in the Padmavati area. The pin code is 411037. This part of Pune is always buzzing with traffic, so there’s a constant hum of engines outside the window. The office is inside the housing society, so it’s got a very lived-in feel to it. It’s basically a flat that’s been converted into a workplace. We handle a lot of the car finance paperwork here. It’s not a big fancy branch with marble floors or anything. It’s just us sitting at desks, surrounded by stacks of paper and files. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and heat up our tiffins for lunch. Sometimes the society meetings happen nearby and it gets a bit noisy, but we just carry on with our work. We know most of the people who live in the building. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't have many walk-ins, mostly it’s just us processing things. The paint is a bit old in some corners, and the furniture is just basic office stuff. We like it this way though, it’s not pretentious. It’s just a place to get the job done without any unnecessary fuss. We’ve been at this Padmavati location for a good amount of time now. It keeps us busy most days.
