Our office is in Pune, out in the Ghavane Vasti area. We are located at Flat No 22 in the Akanksha building, which is part of the Ramnagar Housing Society. It is a quiet residential spot where we have set up our workspace. We deal with credit services, which basically means a lot of time spent on the computer and talking on the phones. There are files everywhere and the sound of keyboards clicking is pretty constant throughout the day. We are a small team, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. We don't have a fancy glass office in a tech park; we are right here in a regular housing society flat. Sometimes we step out to the balcony for a break or go down to the local shops for some snacks. The work can be a bit repetitive, looking at numbers and records all day, but it is what we do. We try to keep things organized so nothing gets lost in the shuffle. Living and working in Pune means dealing with the weather and the local traffic, but being in Ramnagar makes it a bit more peaceful than the main city center. We just come in every morning, get through the list of tasks, and make sure the accounts are handled properly. It is a straightforward operation without any big frills, just people doing their jobs in a quiet part of town.
