VAATHSALYAM ASSOCIATES LLP

Our office is at Wateridge, which is located at S No 1/4/3B. We are right opposite Atur Park in the Undri area of Hadapsar. It is a part of town that has really picked up lately. Vaathsalyam Associates is just a small group of us working on property deals. We chose this spot because it is easy for people in Undri to reach us. The building is modern enough, but our office inside is just a workspace. We don't have any fancy decor or expensive furniture. We spend a lot of time looking at floor plans and talking to folks who want to move to this side of the city. Hadapsar is busy, but Undri feels a bit more open. We like the view from the window when the sun goes down. Most of our work involves helping people figure out where they want to live or invest their money. We don't use any high-pressure tactics. We just show what is available and let people decide. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication. Sometimes the traffic near Atur Park gets a bit stuck, but that is typical for this area. We usually have some biscuits and tea ready for anyone who drops by to chat. It is a decent way to spend the day. We are just regular people trying to run a helpful business for the neighborhood.
