V V Kanetkar & Associates is located at Number 10 on Maulana Azad Road in Kothrud. It’s an old-school kind of setup, where we’ve been for quite some time now. The office has that smell of old paper and ink that you only get in places that have been around a while. We aren't into the latest office trends or fancy furniture. Our desks are heavy, and our chairs have seen better days, but they work for us. Most of what we do involves a lot of sitting and thinking, then writing things down or drawing them out. Kothrud is a busy area, and Maulana Azad Road always has something happening, so it’s never quiet outside. We don't mind the noise; it keeps us feeling like we're part of the city. We have a lot of regular clients who have been coming to us for years, and they know we don't do things in a rush. Quality takes time, and we prefer to get it right rather than get it done fast. Sometimes we disagree on how to handle a specific case, but we always figure it out over a cup of tea. It’s a small team here at Number 10, and we all know our roles. We don't put on airs or try to impress anyone with big talk. We just do the work we know how to do, right here in Kothrud. That's the way it's been since we opened up.
