Our office is located at Survey No 124, in Flat No 3 on the 1St Floor of the Deepali Building. We are in Shaniwar Peth, right by the Vadodara Productivity Road in Akota. It’s quite a long address to write out, but it’s actually easy to find once you realize we are near the Shaniwar Peth Police Chowky. V N Purandare & Associates isn't a large corporate firm. We are a smaller group working out of a converted flat. It feels more like a home than a sterile office, which we think is a bit more comfortable for everyone. There are books everywhere and files stacked on the tables. The building is older, so it has some character, like the way the door creaks or the specific tiles in the hallway. Being near the police chowky means there is always something happening outside, but inside we try to keep things focused. We don't have a marketing department telling us what to say. We just handle our daily responsibilities and talk to the people who come to see us. Akota is a busy part of the city, and being on Productivity Road means we are right in the thick of things. We just do our work as best as we can and try to stay organized despite all the paperwork. It’s a simple, honest way to spend the day. We usually have the windows open to catch the breeze, even if it brings in some city noise.
