Our office is at Shop No 6 in Madhusudhan Park, which is right in the Bibvewadi area of Pune. If you know the Bharat Jyoti Stop, we are very close to that. It’s a pretty simple setup we have here. We spend most of our days sitting at these desks, surrounded by stacks of papers and folders. The neighborhood is usually quite lively, especially around the bus stop where there’s always a bit of a crowd. We’ve been here for a while, so the locals mostly know who we are. Inside the office, it’s not exactly modern or polished. It’s just a functional place where we get our work done. There are a couple of ceiling fans that hum all day and some old wooden chairs for people to sit on. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty being so close to the road, but we don't mind much. It’s a practical location for us. We start early in the morning and usually wrap up by evening. There’s no big corporate philosophy here; we just handle the tasks that come our way. We’ve seen Bibvewadi grow and change over the years, with new shops opening up around Madhusudhan Park, but our little corner remains pretty much the same. It feels like a real part of the community.
