Our office is over on College Road in Sirsi, tucked away in Adarsh Nagar on the 3rd Cross. It’s a decent spot, quite close to the main parts of town but far enough back that it stays relatively quiet for us to focus. We called the place Mahabaleshwar, which is a bit of a grand name for a regular office building, but it sticks. If you walk down the street, you’ll see some of the college students heading to class nearby. At Uthastra Advisors and Consultants Private Limited, we don't spend a lot of time on fancy decorations or branding. We have some desks, a few chairs that have seen better days, and enough filing cabinets to hold everything we need. Most of the time, the fans are clicking away overhead while we go through the files. Sirsi weather is usually okay, but we keep the windows open for a breeze when it gets stuffy. People know us in the neighborhood as the guys who work late sometimes. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, whoever is closest to the door just gets up to see who it is. It’s a straightforward setup. We handle the advisory stuff and the consulting work without much drama. It’s just us working through the day, making sure the numbers and the advice we give make sense for the people we talk to. Every day brings something different, and we just tackle the work as it arrives.
