Unique Properties

Unique Properties is located over in Ghorpadi, specifically in the Eastern Court building. You can find us near Om Shree Jalaram Nagar. The office isn't very large, just enough space for a few desks and some chairs where people can sit and talk about houses or land. We spend a lot of our time looking at maps and checking on different buildings around this part of town. Ghorpadi is a busy area, so there is always something happening outside our windows. We handle a lot of the paperwork that comes with buying or selling places, which takes up most of our afternoons. Sometimes it's quiet, and other times it's a bit of a mess with people coming in and out. We aren't trying to be some big corporate firm. We are just a local office that knows this neighborhood well. The Eastern Court building has been our base for a while now. We keep our files organized as best we can, though the piles of paper sometimes grow faster than we like. Most days we are out on the road looking at sites or meeting people at their homes. If we aren't in the office, we're probably just around the corner at Jalaram Nagar. It's a straightforward business. We don't use any complicated systems, just phones and notebooks to keep track of what’s available. It works for us and the people who live nearby.
