Ulv Realty Llp is tucked away in Model Colony, Shivajinagar. We’re located at Sawali Bunglow, S No. 1137/5. It’s a nice, quiet part of Pune compared to some of the newer suburbs. Working out of a bungalow gives the place a much more relaxed feel than a standard office building. We’ve been here for a while and we really like the neighborhood. The trees are old and the streets have a bit of history. Our team is small and we don’t really go in for fancy titles or corporate stuff. We just handle property transactions. Sometimes that means spending hours at the registration office and other times it’s just chatting with owners over a cup of tea. We know the Shivajinagar area inside and out. If someone is looking for a place here, we can usually tell them the history of the building or the street. We don’t use any slick sales tactics. We just show what’s available and let people make up their own minds. It’s a very grounded way of doing business. Our desks are usually covered in documents and our calendars are messy, but we get the work done. People seem to appreciate that we’re just normal folks who happen to know a lot about real estate. It’s a steady life and we’re happy to be part of the local community in Model Colony. We try to keep it simple.
