Ugam Reality Llp

We operate out of Shop No. 7 at Laxman Heights in Wadgaon Bk. It’s right there at SN 51/1. Ugam Reality Llp is a small team, mostly just a couple of us who have lived in Pune all our lives. Working out of a shop-front makes it easy for people to just wander in and ask questions. We don’t have a big corporate gatekeeper. You just walk in and we're right there at our desks. Most of our day is spent on the phone or driving around to look at different properties. Wadgaon is a busy area, and there’s always something new being built. We try to keep track of it all. It’s a lot of paperwork, to be honest. Deeds, agreements, and tax documents take up a lot of our time. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in the city. We just want to do a good job for the people who come to us. We’ll tell you if a place is overpriced or if the location has issues like water problems. We think it’s better to be upfront about those things. Our office is a bit cluttered sometimes with maps and folders, but we know where everything is. It’s a simple business run by regular people. We like the pace of things here. If you need help with a property in this area, we’re usually around. We just keep plugging away at it.
