Aundh is a busy part of Pune, and we are right in the middle of it at Soham Complex. Being above Hotel Shivsagar is actually quite a thing because the smell of sambar hits you every morning when you walk in. We are in office number 7. It’s a decent space, nothing too big or small. We’ve got desks, some computers, and a lot of wires everywhere. Dealing with software stuff means things are always changing, so we stay pretty busy. We don't really have a big corporate setup. It's more like a few of us working together, trying to keep things running. Pune weather is usually nice, so that helps. Sometimes the parking downstairs is a real nightmare, especially during lunch hours when people flock to the hotel. We’ve learned to just deal with it. Our day starts early and ends whenever the work is finished. We have a lot of files piled up on the side tables. It’s not the neatest office you’ve seen, but we know where everything is. People call us up when their systems acting up or they need an update. We just pick up the phone and talk it through. It’s a practical way of doing things. No one wears suits here. We just come in, do our bit, and go home. That’s pretty much the daily life at our Aundh office. We just focus on the task at hand and try not to get too distracted by the noise outside.
