We are based over in the MIDC area of Bhosari, Pimpri Chinchwad. Our address is EL 60. It’s an industrial neighborhood, so there are a lot of factories and warehouses around us. Txp Realty Llp fits right in because we deal with a lot of commercial and industrial property. The office is very basic. We have our desks, some old filing cabinets, and a place to make some tea. It’s not fancy or polished, but it works for what we do. The sounds of the machines from nearby units are something we hear all day long. We spend most of our time talking to business owners and people looking for factory space in the MIDC. It’s a different kind of real estate than the residential flats in the city. There’s a lot of technical talk about square footage and power lines and loading docks. We just take it one day at a time. The roads around here can be rough with all the heavy trucks, but we know our way around the back streets. It’s a hardworking part of town and we like that about it. We aren't here to give big sales pitches. We just show the property and handle the legal side of things without making it complicated. It is just honest work in a busy industrial hub. We stay busy with the paperwork and site visits most of the time.
