Twenty Two Star Solutions Privatelimited is located in Shakuntala Heights in Manjari Bk, Pune. We are specifically in Flat No 401 on the fourth floor. Manjari is a bit on the edge of Pune, so it is not as packed as the city center, but it's getting busier every year. The building itself is one of those modern apartment blocks where a lot of small businesses are starting to pop up. It is a decent place to work. We have a view of the surrounding colony from our windows, which is nice when you need a break from staring at a monitor. The walk up to the fourth floor is a bit of a workout if the lift is being grumpy, which happens sometimes. We are just a group of people trying to make things work in the Pune tech scene without all the over-the-top corporate culture. We keep things pretty informal here. There is no dress code or anything like that. We just show up, do what needs to be done for our projects, and try to avoid the worst of the Pune traffic on the way home. It is a simple, honest way to run a business and we are quite happy with our little spot in Vishal Colony. We usually end up talking about what we are going to have for dinner around four in the afternoon. Most days involve a lot of typing and the occasional argument over whose turn it is to get the water.
