Baruchzera Management Llp is tucked away in the Richmond area of Undri. We’re in Row H of the Palace Orchard complex. It’s a pretty quiet spot compared to the main parts of Pune, which is why we like it. Most of the time, it’s just the sound of the birds or someone’s car pulling into the driveway. We’ve been operating out of this space for a bit, and it feels more like a home than a stiff office. There’s a small table where we have our lunch and talk about things that aren’t work-related. It keeps us sane. We don't have a big sign outside or a front desk with a receptionist. You just walk in and see us at our computers. The weather in Pune stays nice most of the year, so we often keep the windows open. We handle a lot of management work, which mostly means keeping track of schedules and making sure things stay organized. It’s nothing too exciting to talk about, but it keeps us busy from Monday to Friday. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to catch up on, but we try to finish by six. The neighborhood is friendly enough, and we know most of the people who live nearby. It’s just a simple setup for a small team trying to stay on top of their business. We don't need much more than good internet and decent coffee to keep going.
