Our office is in Hadapsar at Amar Cottage, Plot No 201. It’s situated around SNo 157/158. Tupe Realty Llp is a local outfit. We’ve been part of this community for quite some time. Hadapsar has changed a lot, going from a quiet suburb to a very busy part of Pune. We’ve watched the roads get wider and the buildings get taller. Our workplace isn't some high-rise corporate suite. It’s a practical space where we sit down and deal with property matters. We spend our mornings checking listings and our afternoons often out at various sites. It’s a lot of walking and talking. We don’t put on airs or try to act like we’re more than we are. We’re just people who know the real estate business in this specific corner of the world. We keep our own records and try to stay updated on the local laws, which seem to change more often than they should. It’s honest work. We don’t promise anything we can’t deliver. Usually, we're just busy making sure the contracts are correct and the titles are clear.
