TRIVIVA REALTY LLP

We started Triviva Realty LLP in Pune a while back. Our office is tucked away at Flat No 01 in Siddhi Arcade, right near Arun Bagh. It's not a big fancy place, just where we handle our daily paperwork and meet people who need help with property stuff around Pune City. Most days you'll find us here just trying to figure out the local market. It gets busy, and sometimes the desk is a bit messy with maps and files, but that's how it goes. People stop by to ask about houses or land in the area. We know the 411041 neighborhood pretty well since we've been sitting here in Siddhi Arcade for some time. There are just a few of us working together. We don't have some big corporate speech to give. It’s more about knowing which streets are quiet and which ones have the best shops nearby. Dealing with real estate isn't always easy, there's always a lot of legal talk and forms to fill out. We try to keep things straightforward when someone walks in the door. If you're looking for us, look for the sign near Arun Bagh. It’s a decent spot to work from. We’ve had some good days and some long ones, but we like being part of the local scene here in Pune. Just simple work by regular people. Nothing too complicated about it.
