Our place is right in the thick of all that action. It’s a lively spot to work from. We handle real estate deals and property management from this office. The office itself is simple and functional. We spend a lot of time on our computers or talking on the phone with various people. Shivajinagar is a great area because everything you need is close by. We’ve seen the street change a lot over the years. Some shops go, new ones come in, but we are still here doing our thing. We don't have a big marketing team or anything fancy. It’s just us answering the door and helping people understand their property options. Sometimes it gets really loud outside with the traffic and the crowds, but we are used to it by now. We keep our files organized and try to keep up with all the new rules and regulations that come out. It’s a lot of work but we enjoy being on FC Road. It feels like we are in the heart of the city and its energy. We just keep working away at our desks and hope for the best. It’s just a normal day at the office for us.
