Trimurti Physiotherapy Clinic

Trimurti Physiotherapy Clinic is situated inside the Trimurti Hospital building on Sinhagad Road. We are out in the Vadgaon Dhayari area, which has grown so much lately. If you are near the Abhiruchi mall or the theater there, we are just a short way from that. The clinic itself is a bit of a walk from the main hospital entrance. We have mats on the floor and some parallel bars for walking practice. It’s a lot of physical work here. You’ll hear the sound of people stretching or the click of the machines we use for heat treatments. The windows look out toward the road, so we see the traffic crawling by all day. It’s a bit dusty because of all the construction nearby, but we try to keep the equipment wiped down. We don't have a fancy gym setup, just the basic things needed for rehab. The curtains between the treatment areas are a bit faded. It feels like a real place, not some high-end spa. Most of our regulars are from the housing societies around Vadgaon. They come in, do their exercises, chat for a bit, and then head out. It's a simple routine. We drink a lot of chai between sessions. The floor is a bit uneven in one corner, but nobody seems to mind much. We just focus on getting people moving again. It is a noisy area but we are used to it by now.
