Our office is at Bungalow No 12 on Castellino Road. It’s right near Golibar Maidan Chowk in Pune. Working out of a bungalow feels a bit different than a regular office building. It’s a bit quieter and has more space for us to move around and store things. Townsquare Realty Llp handles various real estate matters from this location every day. We have a few rooms set up for meetings and all our paperwork. The garden outside is small but it’s nice to look at when things get stressful. Being near Golibar Maidan means we are easy to find for anyone coming from across the city. The traffic at the chowk can be heavy during rush hour, but it’s usually okay the rest of the time. We spend our days talking to people about land and buildings. It’s a lot of back and forth between different parties. We don't have a corporate vibe here. It’s more relaxed and friendly. We have our tea and get through the list of things to do for the day. The address 411001 is a central part of Pune, so we see a lot of different people coming through our door. We’ve been here for a while and the bungalow is like a second home to us now. We just do our jobs and try to be helpful to anyone who walks through the gate. It is a simple way of working for us.
