TOWNSPACE REALTY LLP is tucked away in Bungalow No. 12 on Castellino Road. It’s right near the Golibar Maidan Chowk in Pune City. Working out of a bungalow is a bit different than being in a high-rise office building. It feels a lot more like a home, which we actually prefer. 411001 is a busy area, but our spot is a little more set back. We have a small team here. We don't go in for those big corporate speeches or polished brochures. Most of the time, we are just sitting around a table talking about different properties and checking our notes. It’s a very hands-on way of working. We’ve been part of the Pune community for a long time. We know the shortcuts through the city and which areas are growing the fastest. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with all the papers, but we manage to find what we need. It’s an honest, simple way to run a business. We don't have a fancy mission statement; we just do the work that comes our way. If someone walks in, we offer them a chair and some water and just talk like regular people. Being near Golibar Maidan means we are right in the heart of things. We like the local vibe here. TOWNSPACE REALTY LLP is basically just a few of us in a bungalow, trying to do our jobs the right way. That is pretty much it for us.
