TORCH PROPERTIES PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of Akurdi. We have an office, numbers A-325 and 326, in the A Wing of Jai Ganesh Vision. That’s the same building where the Fame Theatre is. It’s a pretty busy spot in Pune-411035. You can usually hear a bit of the noise from the street or the cinema crowds. We’ve been in this office for a while now. It’s a bit of a maze in Jai Ganesh Vision if you aren't used to it, but we like it here. We don't use a lot of fancy talk or marketing tricks. We just help people find what they are looking for in the property market. Sometimes the office is full of people, and other times it’s just us drinking coffee and looking at files. We aren't a massive company with branches everywhere. We are just right here in Akurdi. We know the local shops and the guys who sell tea downstairs. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't have a polished corporate image because that’s just not who we are. We are just regular people who know a lot about Pune real estate. We handle the paperwork, deal with the legal stuff, and try to keep things moving. If you’re ever near the Fame Theatre, you’re basically right next to us.
