You can find us at Shop No 63 in the Vastushree Complex. It’s located at S No 587 in the Gultekdi area. Thinkspace Realty Llp has been operating from here for some time now. Gultekdi is a busy area, especially around the complex during the middle of the day. There are lots of other shops around us, so there’s always people walking by and peeking in. Our shop is where we keep all our files and meet with anyone interested in property. It’s not a huge space, but we have everything we need to run things. A couple of desks, some chairs, and a lot of folders stacked up everywhere. Real estate keeps us on our toes. We spend a lot of time out of the office looking at sites, but this shop is our main base. The Vastushree Complex is a well-known landmark in this part of town so it's easy to explain to people how to find us. We like the location because it’s easy for people to drop in while they are doing other errands. We don't use any big words or complicated processes that confuse people. We just explain things as they are. Buying or selling property can be stressful, so we try to keep things calm and quiet in the shop. It’s just us doing our daily work and keeping the records straight. We’ve seen the neighborhood change and we just keep doing what we do.
