Kharadi is a busy hub, so there is always something happening nearby. We’ve settled into this flat and made it work for our needs. It’s got a good amount of light coming in, which is helpful during the long work hours. We don't really use any of those big professional phrases to describe ourselves. We are just a group of people working out of a flat in Pune. The building is easy to find, and we’ve got a routine that works for us. Usually, the day starts with a few of us arriving and getting the computers going. It’s not a loud or chaotic place, just a steady environment where we can get through our list of tasks. We like being in this part of town because everything we need is close by.
