TERRAZA REALTY LLP

Chakan is a busy place with all the factories and trucks moving around. We are located in Hall No 6 at Shubh Mangal Plaza. It is easy to find if you know where the plaza is. Terraza Realty is just us working on local real estate stuff. We don't have a massive corporate setup. It is just a regular office where we handle the day-to-day tasks. Some mornings we start early before the traffic gets really bad. The plaza has a lot of different shops but we are tucked away in the hall area. We handle a lot of inquiries about land around the industrial belt. Chakan has grown so much in the last few years, it is hard to keep track sometimes. We focus on being practical with people. We don't have a fancy website with flashing lights. Most of our work comes from people just walking in or hearing about us from a neighbor. We keep our files organized on the shelves and try to stay on top of the local listings. It is a lot of walking around and talking to people. We have been in this spot for a bit and plan to stay. The tea shop around the corner is where we usually end up in the afternoon. It is just a normal local business doing what we can and staying busy with the paperwork.
