We are located in the World Trade Center, Tower 2. It’s Unit 118 on the first floor. Being right near EON IT Park in Kharadi means there’s always a lot of traffic and people rushing around. Tccc Realty Llp has been based here for a bit. It’s a modern building, but inside our unit, it’s just a normal workplace with desks and a lot of coffee cups. We focus on the real estate market around Kharadi and the rest of Pune. It’s a fast-paced area. Most days involve talking to developers or checking out site progress. We don’t use a lot of big words or complicated charts. If a property is good, we say so. If it has issues, we mention those too. Being honest is easier for everyone involved. The team is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from filing papers to meeting people on-site. Sometimes the elevators in the WTC take forever, which can be annoying when we’re in a rush. But that’s just part of working in a big tower. We’ve seen Kharadi turn from almost nothing into this huge IT hub. It’s been interesting to watch. We just try to help people navigate the local property scene without any fuss. It’s straightforward work and we like being in the middle of all the action here. It gets noisy but it keeps us on our toes.
