Our office is located in Mayfair Tower I over in Shivajinagar. It’s on the first floor, Office No 106. Being in the Bhamburda area means there is always something going on outside, especially with the Survey No 28 TP Scheme nearby. Pune is a pretty big city, but this spot feels central enough for us to get around. We registered Talentika Business Solutions as an LLP because it was the easiest way to get started. It’s mostly just a group of us sitting around desks, drinking too much coffee and figuring out whatever problems come our way. The building itself is okay, not the newest one in Pune, but it’s got a lift that works most of the time. We don't really do the whole corporate talk or have a mission statement on the wall. We just show up in the morning and do what needs doing. Sometimes the parking near Mayfair Tower is a total mess, so a few of us just take the bus or walk from the station. We’ve been in this 411005 zip code for a while now and we know the local tea stalls pretty well. Our office is just a plain room, nothing fancy. We work with different people and try to keep our files in order. That’s really all there is to it. We aren't a big corporation, just a local business in Maharashtra trying to stay busy and helpful every day.
