We are Swastik Real Estate Consultants. You can find us over at Parixit Society in the Vishrantwadi area. It’s a pretty quiet spot compared to the main city center but it gets busy enough for us. We handle property stuff around here mostly because that’s where we are based. We’ve seen the neighborhood grow over the years. New buildings going up and old ones getting fixed. We just sit in our office and deal with whatever comes in through the door. It’s not a high-pressure environment here. We prefer to talk to people face to face when they stop by. Real estate can be a bit of a headache sometimes with all the paperwork but we just take it one step at a time. The office is tucked away in the society so it’s a bit more personal than those big glass offices downtown. We don't have a massive staff or a fancy lobby. Just a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit on while we talk. People in Vishrantwadi usually know the society well so finding us isn't usually a problem. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there. We just want to do work for the people who come to us. It’s steady work and it keeps us occupied. That’s about all there is to it. We keep the files in big cabinets and sometimes it takes a minute to find the right one but we always get there.
