Sushil Properties And Real Estate

Our office is over in Kharadi, specifically at Rakshak Nagar Phase 1. It’s an area that has changed so much since we first moved in. There used to be a lot more open space, but now it’s all buildings and traffic. At Sushil Properties And Real Estate, we mostly deal with the local area. We spend a lot of time driving around to different sites or meeting people to show them around. The office itself is pretty simple. We don't have a big shiny sign or a fancy waiting area. It’s just a place where we keep our files and meet for coffee before heading out. Kharadi gets pretty dusty with all the new construction, so we are always dusting off the desks. We know the streets of Phase 1 like the back of our hands by now. It’s a small group of us working here. We don't really have big meetings or corporate stuff. We just talk to people and help them figure out what they need. Most days start with a lot of phone calls and end with us sorting through papers. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. We like being in this part of town because everything is so close by. If you’re around Rakshak Nagar, you’ve probably seen our small board near the entrance. Sometimes we just sit outside and watch the traffic go by.
