Surabhi Real Estate is situated at number 3 in the Surya Terrace building in Yerwada. Yerwada is a place with a lot of character. Our office is fairly basic. We have a couple of desks, a few cupboards for all the files, and a water cooler that sometimes leaks a little. Surya Terrace isn't a new glass building or anything like that. It’s just a solid, older place where we’ve been for a while. The street outside can get a bit loud with the traffic and the shops nearby. We don't have any big marketing slogans or anything. We just talk to people like normal and try to figure out what they’re looking for. Most of our work is just local stuff here in Yerwada. We know the streets and the different buildings around here pretty well. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, as you can imagine. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know how things work. Sometimes we’re out showing a property and the office stays closed for an hour. It’s just a simple, honest setup. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. You just walk in and talk to us. It’s a practical way to run things. We’ve been here long enough that most of the locals know where to find number 3 if they need some help with a place.
