Sunrise Estate Consultant

You can find us over at 78/19 Viman Nagar, specifically in Riddhi Siddhi Park. It’s a nice enough spot and we’ve been here for a good bit of time now. Sunrise Estate Consultant is basically just a small team of us who know Viman Nagar inside and out. We spend a lot of our time walking between different blocks in the park and checking on properties. The office itself is pretty plain, just some chairs and a table where we can sit down and talk. We don't really go for all that corporate talk you see in the big cities. We just tell people what we know about the houses and flats around here. Sometimes the weather gets really hot and we just stay inside with the fan on, waiting for the phone to ring. Other days, we are out and about from dawn till dusk. Riddhi Siddhi Park is a familiar place for us, and we like the people who live around here. It feels like a small community even though the city is growing so fast. We keep our notes in some old folders and try to make sure we don't forget any details when someone asks for help. It’s straightforward work and we like being part of the local scene here in Viman Nagar. Nothing too complicated, just us doing our daily rounds and chatting with the folks who live nearby.
