Sunil Raut & Associates

Sunil Raut & Associates is our small office here in Model Colony. We are at 1126/A in the Shreeram Complex. It’s a decent area, usually a bit quieter than the main markets. We have been working out of this space for a while now. Most days it’s just us sitting at the desks, handling whatever paperwork comes in. People from around the neighborhood know the Shreeram Complex, so they find us easily enough. It’s not a huge office with a lobby or anything like that. Just some chairs, tables, and a few computers. We deal with various things as they come up. The walls are a bit plain, but we like it that way. No distractions. Sometimes we walk out to grab tea from the stall nearby when things get slow. Model Colony has changed over the years, more buildings and more cars now. We just stay focused on what is in front of us. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in the city. We just want to do the job right and go home to our families. If you are looking for us, look for the A wing. The stairs are right there. We don't have a lot of staff, so you usually end up talking to the same person every time you call or visit. It’s more personal that way, I think. We have been here a long time now.
