We are Sukhwani Realtors LLP and you can find us in Unit No 701 at the Montreal Business Centre. We are in Tower 2, which is located in the Pallod Farm area. Being on the seventh floor gives us a bit of a quiet space to work, even though the business center itself is quite busy. It’s a modern building, but our actual office is just a regular workspace with desks, chairs, and a lot of paper. We aren’t a giant firm with a hundred employees. We are just a small team focused on the real estate market around here. Pallod Farm is a nice location and it’s easy for people to find the Montreal Business Centre. We spend our days dealing with various property projects and helping clients figure out what they need. It’s a lot of practical work, not much in the way of fancy presentations. We don’t have any big mission statements or promotional slogans we use. We just show up and do the job that needs to be done. Sometimes we are out at site visits and sometimes we are stuck in the office at unit 701 doing filing. It’s a typical real estate office life. If you’re looking for us, just head to Tower 2 and come up to the seventh floor. We try to be helpful and straightforward with everyone who comes in. It’s just a normal, everyday business operating out of a business center. That is where we are.
