We are tucked away in Pimple Gurav over at Treasure Park in Kashid Nagar. The address is Sr No. 86/87/2. Sugamya Digital Solutions Private is basically just our small team working out of this spot in Pune. Pimple Gurav is a nice enough area, not as crazy as the city center but still has plenty of people and shops. We spend our days dealing with digital solutions, whatever that happens to involve on a given day. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment with suits and ties. We mostly wear casual clothes and talk about the cricket or the weekend while we work. We have been at this location for a bit. The office isn't huge but it fits us all comfortably. Sometimes we go out for snacks in Kashid Nagar when we need a break from the screens. We named it Sugamya because we liked how it sounded. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to get things right. There are no grand speeches or big mission statements here. We just show up, do the tasks we are assigned, and try to keep things moving forward. Pune is a good city for this kind of work, and the weather is usually okay. We’ve got our routine down now after all this time. Some days are long and we stay late, some are short and we leave early. That is just the way it is for us. We don’t overcomplicate things with big goals. We just do the work.
