Status Estate

Status Estate is located over at 29 Bibwewadi, near that Survey No 87 area. We are part of the Mantri Estate Society on the Kasavanahalli Main Road. If you know the Varthur Hobli area, you probably passed by us without noticing much. We have a small office where we keep maps and property listings pinned to the walls. It isn't much to look at, but it works for what we do. Most days are spent on the phone or out walking around the local blocks. People come in asking about rentals or if anyone is selling nearby. We try to keep track of who is moving in and who is moving out. It gets noisy with the traffic on the main road, but we are used to it by now. The chairs in the waiting area are a bit old, but they are comfortable enough for a quick chat. We don't use big fancy software, just a lot of notebooks and a good memory for faces. Sometimes we have to wait a long time for paperwork to clear. That is just how the property business goes around here. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in the city. We just want to help our neighbors find a decent place to stay or sell their plot. It is a slow process sometimes, but we stay patient with everyone.
