You can find us at Shop No 3 in Lunkad Dreamland, which is right in the heart of Viman Nagar. Star Realtors is just a local shop where we deal with the real estate around this side of Pune. Viman Nagar is a fast-paced place, and being in Lunkad Dreamland puts us right in the middle of it. We spend our days mostly on the phone or meeting people who drop by the shop. It’s not a big team, just a few of us who know the buildings around here really well. We handle rentals, sales, and whatever else comes up. The shop is small but it's got everything we need. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when a few families come in at once. We don't go in for those flashy advertisements you see elsewhere. We just talk to people and show them what's on the market in Viman Nagar. It’s a good neighborhood with lots of students and office folks, so there is always someone looking for a place. We know which apartments have good water and which ones are noisy. That’s the kind of stuff we tell people. We’ve been at Shop No 3 for a while now and most of the neighbors know us by name. It’s a steady job and we try to do it right without making a big fuss about things. Just local people helping other people find a roof. We are usually here till late in the evening.
